The score emphasizes Dubai’s position as a leader in innovation, economic dynamism, and global connection in an annual assessment published by Japan’s Mori Memorial Foundation. With this accomplishment, Dubai becomes the only Middle Eastern city to rank in the top 10, solidifying its standing as a significant international center for talent, business, and investment.
