Over 40 global visionaries, thought leaders, and changemakers gathered at Amity University for the Skill Craft Summit 2025, which took place from January 11–12, for two days of unmatched talks, workshops, and innovation-driven activities. The fact that this event was planned by 16-year-old Courtesy Entertainment CEO Arhaan Ashish Jain and a team of committed volunteers is what really sets it apart. Arhaan showed remarkable vision, leadership, and maturity by successfully managing and leading such a large-scale event at a time when most people are only starting to realise their full potential. He developed a platform in partnership with Harvard alumni to meet the vital leadership and skill-building demands of a world that is changing quickly.
For professionals, students, and innovators alike, the Skill Craft Summit 2025 offered a carefully tailored experience covering topics ranging from sustainability and entrepreneurship to AI-driven transformations and future leadership capabilities. The event’s purpose was to give participants practical tools for thriving in a society characterised by opportunity and rapid change.
A captivating keynote talk on “Leadership in a Rapidly Changing World” was given by Deepak Bagla, the former managing director and CEO of Invest India, who highlighted purpose-driven innovation. In her exploration of “Balancing Innovation and Tradition in Business,” Andrea Prazakova, the founder of Andreanow, provided insight on how businesses might prosper in challenging circumstances.
