At the 7th Sharjah Investment Forum, which took place on September 18–19 under the auspices of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah and a member of the Supreme Council, the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) displayed some of its major projects, such as Ajwan Khorfakkan, Maryam Island, and Sharjah Sustainable City.
One of the forum’s main highlights was the display of Shurooq’s Ajwan residential project, which is situated in the charming city of Khorfakkan. With its ideal location, magnificent views of the Gulf of Oman, and towering mountains, the project skilfully combines the elements of the natural world with opulent living areas.
“We are delighted to see growing interest in our projects, like Ajwan at the Sharjah Investment Forum 2024,” stated Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, CEO of Shurooq. One of our signature projects, Ajwan is distinguished by its well-considered architecture and strategic location, rendering it one of our most alluring seaside communities. What I appreciate most about this project is its tranquil surroundings, which are purposefully created to foster tranquilly, optimism, and well-being for its occupants, even beyond the fact that it presents a substantial financial potential. Shurooq facilitates Sharjah’s strategic vision through a range of projects, including Ajwan, Sharjah Sustainable City, and Maryam Island, all of which aim to raise the bar for sustainable and opulent living in Sharjah.
